“Just Go” Bootcamp is our signature fat-burning fitness class. It’s the perfect choice if you want to get in shape without barbells. You don’t have to be a professional athlete. We scale every workout to your own ability – all you have to do is show up!

It’s both! We combine elements of cardio, weight training, gymnastics, and body weight exercises to create effective full-body workouts in under an hour.
Absolutely not! We’re the place to start your journey into fitness. We take you as you are!
Not a thing. Just show up with a good attitude, and the desire to sweat and work hard – we’ll provide the rest.
No. Workouts are varied and utilize different exercises, formats, and equipment each day. You will never be bored!
All options for training at our facility have a certified coach. We take the decisions and guess work out of training with our varied and progressive workouts. Depending upon your goals and your preferences, you may choose CrossFit Group Training, Personal 1-on-1 Training, or “Just Go” Boot camp.
Sessions are scheduled for one hour. This typically will include a warm-up, a skill session or a strength segment, an explanation of the workout, examples and instruction of the movements, the final workout, and some cool down stretches.
