Strict Pull-up: Correct body position

The strict pull-up has many progressions, but the first step is having theĀ correct body position hanging on the bar.

Important points of performance:
-Full grip on bar
-Shoulders extended in hang by ears
-Body tight and in hollow position
-Legs together and toes pointed down
-Ribs pulled in towards your hips with abs squeezed
-Do not arch your back
-Do not lose this hanging position
