In teams of two, alternating complete rounds, perform 6 rounds each for time of:
200 Meter Run
21 Kettlebell Swings 53/35# (44/26#)
12 Pull-Ups or 18 Jumping Pull-ups

400 Meter Run

Score is total time it takes for the 6 rounds each. If you are doing the WOD solo you must rest equal time to your round.
