Open to teens who are in 6th grade through age 15 who are looking to build a general fitness platform to use in life. This conditioning focused class lasts one hour and provides young athletes with a broad base to apply sports training or fitness to play their sport. We focus on conditioning as the underlying foundation for the major lifts, building speed, strength, and power. Teens 16 and older should attend Teens AST or Adult CrossFit.
