People over the age of 50 have much to gain from our fitness philosophy – strength to pick up heavy things, mobility to get up and down, endurance to play with grandkids, agility to react quickly, balance to prevent falls, core stability to stand up straight, increases in bone density, better health markers to live longer, and better weight control to look years younger.
CrossFit training will develop the full spectrum of fitness including strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, agility, accuracy, coordination, power, stamina, and speed. Your coaches will teach you proper form, challenge you to try new skills, and encourage you to push yourself according to your ability to accomplish more.
You will track your progress and see how much you improve in every area.
It will enhance your performance in sports and everyday activities. It will make your bones stronger, your muscles firmer, and your body leaner.
All options for training at our facility have a certified coach. We take the decisions and guess work out of training with our varied and progressive workouts. Depending upon your goals and your preferences, you may choose CrossFit Group Training, Personal 1-on-1 Training, or “Just Go” Boot camp.
Sessions are scheduled for one hour. This typically will include a warm-up, a skill session or a strength segment, an explanation of the workout, examples and instruction of the movements, the final workout, and some cool down stretches.
