All new members start with a free 30-minute consultation so we can learn about your health and fitness and best serve your goals.
Our programs are group personal training, which means that you have a highly qualified, friendly coach who will guide and motivate you towards your goals. There’s a big difference between that and just walking into a gym and having to guess what to do!
Absolutely not! We’re the place to start your journey into fitness. We take you as you are!
Sure, we welcome drop ins to our BootCamp program for $20 per class. If you are an experienced CrossFitter from out of town, you’re welcome to drop in for $20, too– just be sure to e-mail us in advance so we know to expect you.
No. Workouts are varied and utilize different exercises, formats, and equipment each day. You will never be bored!
All options for training at our facility have a certified coach. We take the decisions and guess work out of training with our varied and progressive workouts. Depending upon your goals and your preferences, you may choose CrossFit Group Training, Personal 1-on-1 Training, or “Just Go” Boot camp.
Sessions are scheduled for one hour. This typically will include a warm-up, a skill session or a strength segment, an explanation of the workout, examples and instruction of the movements, the final workout, and some cool down stretches.
