Elevated Ring Row Demo

Points of Performance:

1. Body tight, strict pull, no kipping/hip action

2. Elevate feet so they are above body at start of row

3. Pull chest to rings, keeping body straight and tight

4. Lower to starting position, elbows fully extended

5. Repeat, keeping body straight and tight
