Conditioning

Metcon (Weight)

25 min AMRAP Team WOD of 3:

Bike 12/7 Cals each

Burpees 6 Burpees each

Front Squats 3 reps each

*Only 1 person works at a time, and all Bike must be done before starting burpees. Same deal for finishing Burpees before you get into the Front Squats. Team may only share 1 bike!
Weight increases each round. Final score is the last 3 bars each lifted added together. Bars start from the floor-no racks.
