90/60 Cals Bike, 60 HPS, 60 Thrusters 65/45# (45/25#)

90/60 Cals Bike, 45 HPS, 45 Thrusters 75/55# (55/35#)

90/60 Cals Bike, 30 HPS, 30 Thrusters 85/60# (60/40#)

90/60 Cals Bike, 15 HPS, 15 Thrusters 95/65# (65/45#)

Divide the reps evenly. If you are a not an all male or all female team, Bike cals are 30/20 M/F. Change weight while other team member is biking. ONLY 1 BIKE PER TEAM. TIME CAP 35 MINS.
