1 Push Press

1 Push Jerk

Rx Bar 95/65# (65/45#)

Rx+ 115/85# (95/65#)

*After a partner completes a round they must immediately run a 200m before their next turn at the bar, then other partner runs 200m after their round. 10 rounds each, 20 as a team.
