3 Sets of A & B. Take :45 seconds rest between legs on the split squats then move right into HSPU. Rest 1.5 minutes after both movements.

A: Bulgarian Split Squat (8 Reps each leg)

Lunge with back foot elevated on low step

B: Handstand Push-ups (8-10 Reps *STRICT*)
