Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

With a 20 min running clock

Bike 600m then complete AMRAP of:

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Air Squats
*Or Row/Run 400m

**Rx+ wear a 20# vest.
