Straight leg raise (15 each side)

1 minute goblet squat hold (26#/35# max)

Strength

Back Squat (6 x 3 @ 65%, Every 1.5 min)

Warm-up sets at 50% and 60%

Assistance Work

Dips (3 x max reps)

Handstand Push-ups (3 x 3 )
