Conditioning

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

E5MOM – 5 Stations MAX trips – 2 person teams

1. Sled Pull – 1 Team member rides down & back or Average bodyweight

2. Sled Push – 1 Team member rides down & back

3. Rope Climb 15′ (15/12′ Masters)

4. Med ball clean over shoulder AHAP

5. Farmers Carry AHAP out & back

Rx+ (Masters Rx+)

Sled 1.5x bodyweight

Rope climb legless start to 5′ (Rope 15′)

Med ball 50/40# (40/30#)

Farmers Carry 80/60# (70/50#)
One team member works at a time. Each team works at 1 station for 5 mins. Work as a team towards as many trips/reps possible in each station.
