CrossFit Teens & Pre-Teens
Open to teens and pre-teens from age 9-18 (roughly 3rd grade through high school). We have two separate classes - the Pre-Teens are age 9-13, and our Teens are age 14-18. Both programs are for those who are looking to build a general fitness platform to use in life. This conditioning focused class lasts one hour and provides young athletes with a broad base to apply sports training or fitness to play their sport. We focus on conditioning as the underlying foundation for the major lifts, building speed, strength, and power.
