TEAMs of 4 – 3 Rounds as a team:

1. Team members 1 & 2 – Rowing for distance (switch off as needed – 1 rower)

2. Team members 3 & 4 – Sled Push down & back 8 trips @ 1/2 Average Body Weight Team

Switch off stations once team members finish sled push. Score is distance rowed as a team so keep the rower going!
