Push/Pull for Pancreatic Cancer (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 Min AMRAP:

11 Pull-ups

18 Push-ups

3 Deadlifts (Bodyweight)

200m Run

Extra Credit Work

Deadlift (10, 10, 10, 8, 6)

Increase weight each set. Record your weight for 6 reps. This is a lot of reps! Make sure your form is perfect throughout the set!

*You must be done with your deadlifts before the end of class.
