With a partner find a heavy complex in 10 mins:

1 Deadlift

1 Hang Clean

1 Hang Clean

1 Jerk

*Your score is the last successful bars lifted added together for a team score.
*Any type of clean/jerk is allowed.

Strength

Deadlift (4 sets total)

*Set 1 – 10 reps @ 50% of 1-RM

*Set 2 – 10 reps @ 60%

*Set 3 – 8 reps @ 75%

*Set 4 – 6 reps @ 85%

Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.
